You explicitly agree NOT to use Clipa Link to create shortened URLs that: • Link to malware, viruses, or other malicious software • Promote phishing or scams • Contain spam or unwanted commercial content • Link to illegal content or activities • Violate any applicable laws or regulations • Infringe on intellectual property rights • Contain harmful or inappropriate content While we make efforts to block nefarious websites, you acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for the URLs you shorten. Any violation of these terms may result in immediate deactivation of your shortened URLs.

To maintain system efficiency and security, Clipa Link implements an automatic inactivity policy: • Links that remain unused for 30 consecutive days will be automatically inactivated • Inactivated links cannot be reactivated • No notification will be sent prior to link inactivation • We recommend creating new shortened URLs for links you plan to use long-term This policy helps us maintain service quality and reduce potential security risks from abandoned links.

While we implement various security measures to protect our service: • We cannot guarantee 100% security of shortened URLs • Users should exercise caution when clicking on shortened links from unknown sources • We reserve the right to block or remove URLs that violate our terms • We may cooperate with law enforcement if illegal activity is detected We encourage responsible use of our service and prompt reporting of any suspicious activities.
